    • Deadline for the Entry is fixed within May 31th, 2012
    • Deadline for the Payment is fixed within June 1st, 2012
    • Entry Fee: all the sailors and coaches must pay the individual fee of € 200, which covers at least measurement, races, opening ceremony, daily prize giving, championship dinner and overall prize giving ceremony.
      For the 12’ Feet dinghy an extra fee might be set for the use of the provided boat.
      The cost of the bank transfer must be on charge of the sailors/coaches.
    • A penalty of €100 per sailors/coach might apply, in the case of late entries or payments.

    The amount of entry fee is calculated as follows: Number of persons in team list * € 200,
    e.g. For Flying Dutchman: 2 * € 200 = € 400.

    During measurement and registration I will present the following documents:

    • An valid ID for every team member
    • A valid measurement for of the boat used (not for coaches)
    • A national license of the person in charge  (not for coaches)
    • Of an adequate insurance and in particular to hold insurance against third party claims in the sum of at least € 1,000,000

    I declare to accept as final the penalties imposed and other actions taken under the Racing Rules of Sailing, the Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions, as well as the latest VYG Rules. With respect to such determination we shall not resort to any court or other tribunal not provided by the rules governing the event. I confirm that the members of the crew as well as the boat here entered meet all the requirements stipulated in the Racing Rules of Sailing, the Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions, as well as the latest VYG Rules.
